I've had MULTIPLE instances of both mq's and store q's scanned at the register, amount was taken off the total on the monitor, but somehow the coupons weren't applied to the purchase total on the receipt. **Know how many qpons and the dollar amount, check your receipt before you leave the store** My store happily corrects the "missed" coupons, but I sure wish they would stop the problem from happening in the first place!
