    I usually get them also, but didn't get one this time. I contacted them alsonon their Facebook and I believe the person said they just randomly pick them. There is no where ti sign up.

    Well all, I can tell you that working for Target doesn't mean your going to get it either! I have a red card (pretty much have to in order to use our discount). Wish we could figure this out!
