Gift Card w/Purchase Question?

The Fekkai Hair Care Products are on a Gift Card Promotion this week.

Buy 2, Get $10 Gift Card.

I have a coupon that states the exact same thing...if I buy (2) Fekkai Products I will receive a $10 GC.

I've been hesitant to use this all week, because I'm afraid it won't go through...anyone ever used a gift card COUPON at the same time as a gift card PROMOTION?

Just in case anyone else was wondering about my question!

It worked with absolutely no problems. They scanned the two items and the registered prompted them with the gift card. Then I handed them my stack of coupons and when they scanned the coupon that was for a gift card, it scanned and prompted for a gift card.

I wondered how it would look on the receipt. Only one of the gift cards was listed with the items (you know how it always puts the items together with the note that "all items must be returned for full value"), the other gift card was listed seperately in the transaction, just like when you purchase a gift card. Then at the bottom was the -$10.00 Target Coupon.

It was a homemailer...I received it a few days after the Target Beauty Bag Samples. It came with a sample of the Fekkai Smoothing Cream. I assumed I got it because I got the Beauty Bag Samples?
