I may have found the answer on another site. Don't hold me to it because this is just info I read and have not actually visited the store to try.

That would make the final (after $2 mfc and gc) $5.99. Reasonable if you need them, but far from stock up price for me.

What I am seeing for the Viva GC deal, is that there was a coupon from an insert that was a Target coupon. It was in the 4/10 SS and said free $5 GC wyb Viva Giant Roll Towels 12pk.
