It looks like thay are ready to give away men's socks and underwear. If you have a fellow who likes the short, boxer briefs or the the old-fashioned white briefs-head to Target...the hanes and fruit of the looms (3-packs) were marked down to $1.12, orig $6.99. Dig around and you will find regular knit boxers-hanes 6 packs for $2.81. The wife-beater tee-shirts, in colors were $1.12 for the 3-pack.
There was a large selection...including a ton of Big Men's plus sizes.
And socks...whoo-hoo...3-pack dress socks, regular $9.99; now $1.48. The big 10-pair bag of white crew socks...$1.87.
A variety of $20 belts were marked down to $4.97.
The thermal/long-john's were $3.98...down from $9.99...they had a lot left, so I will check back on those.

okay here is what i saw/found today:
mens:
fotl 3 pack ribbed A shirts: 1.74, there were also hanes for 1.xx but not the right size for my guy
merona mens leather wallets: 4.98, reg 17.99
auro 3 pack mosture wicking socks 2.03 down from 8.09
saw all the above mentioned items in op, but the belts were 9.98 at the store i went to.
womens:
hanes 3 pack bikini underwear and various others 2.77 used 1/1 tq= 1.77
also saw some bras for 2.98 don't remember the brand it was a target brand i believe

Apparently "clearance" in Ohio is different from "clearance" everywhere else. The cheapest thing at any of our Target stores was $6.98...which I don't think is a clearance price. Thanks for posting though. Wish I could find those deals!!
