Question about using target homemailer free giftcard coupon and other target coupons

So i finally have started getting target homemailers, and i got one with a card coupon on the front for a free 5$ giftcard wyb spend 50$ on groceries along with many other item specific coupons in the booklet. So can I use the target coupons for items, the manufacturer coupon for items and then use the free 5$ giftcard wyb 50$ or not? I am so confused about that, like it seems like you should be able to use them seeing they were mailed together right? Has anyone every used one of these giftcard coupons and is it the before or after coupon total of 50$?

Yes you can do that. I did it just last week with no problems.
