make sure you check your receipts

i had the same thing happen as op with the airwick q's. i watched the cashier scan them and them show up on the screen...but my total was way higher then it should of been. 1 of 5 coupons showed up on the receipt. i went back in and got my money back...but you definately need to check your receipts to make sure they are right and know what your total should be.

target has gone from one mistake to another...i think they need to get a new software company or a new programmer...someone definately needs to be fired

it still happens when you do product, coupon, product coupon, it beeps, but the amount is not subtracted. If you are buying more than you are able to keep track of in your head, it's best to check out with small amounts or do a spread sheet and only buy what you have on your list. They almost got me for 40.00 one day. Thank goodness my husband adds quickly in his head and knew it wasn't right.

I'm going to attempt to do the airwick tomorrow. Even my local Target (which is over an hour away) won't have them...but the one 2 hours north probably will...and since I have to go that way anyways...I'll see what happens. All I plan to do is get one thing...and as many candles as I can get. That way it will be easy to track if it's working right.

I always try to check my receipt after every trip because it's happened quite often that something was wrong. I hate having to go back to the store, or try to remember it the next time I'm going, and of course it seems they are always more willing to fix it for you if you bring it back right away. Plus if it's coupons that don't come off... if you don't get it right away there's no proof.

I watch the screen like a hawk at Target! Even then, what you are describing would have thrown me for a loop.
