The new ad for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday has Glade 4oz jar candles on sale for 3/$5 or 1.67 each!

Sounds like a great idea....but I remember once when I tried to PM @ Target, they would NOT price match to a 3/$5 ....they said they could only do a price match off a single item price. I tried to explain that 3/$5 means 1/$1.67...but that was a no go.

But I am willing to give this deal a try because I have the coupons...:)

I went to my ST and they said no at first, but to go to CS. I explained that just because it said "Dollar General" didn't mean it meant everything was $1. She shrugged and said to deal with CS. I came home and emailed Corp and was told they will match the competitor's ad price!! Printing it out and bringing it with the next 3 days, LOL!

I haven't seen the DG ad but afaik with Target ad match,

they do NOT ad match bundle deals like this one @ 3/$5. I've seen many get rejected for ad matching 2/$5 sale items in the past.

therefore, it is YMMV so better not put your hopes too high if your Target refuses to ad match what they refer to as bundle deals.

I might have to try it. One of mine told me they don't price match 1-3 days sales. I will try my coupon friendly target and see what they say.
