Maybe Target will fix their registers. They keep taking and taking, this was bound to happen at some point.

FINALLY! I was wondering how long it was going to take someone to do something. This has been going on for MONTHS, and Target has yet to do ANYTHING about it...... I've had many frustrations shopping there.

Maybe they will finally find a fix.

According to totally target the registers are fixed. At least the not scanning right is, the gift card glitch is not. I am not going to target til sunday, so I can't verify that or not. But there has been news stories that they are fixed. Of course I only live like 100 miles from Minneapolis, Target's headquarters.

I know for fact the coupon glitch is not fixed. I go to 3 target stores and they all do not do the coupons right.

I had a problem earlier today .. not fixed .. I was watching like a hawk and was able to help them "fix" their problem .. glad to see someone has finally taken action .. I will be interested to see how this plays out.

I'm going tomorrow...I'm to the point I do one item..then the coupon. One item then the coupon. It's a PITA but I don't know how else to make sure the dang register doesn't mess up and I miss it.

I went twice week before last. Every.Single.Coupon. beeped and prompted the cashier to verify amount. Luckily the cashier was in a good mood and understood the situation, so she breezed right through. 2 days later I went with my sister, had a smaller transaction and my coupons completely flustered that cashier, she was mumbling and grumbling under her breath. No mistakes with incorrect value.

Went last week and all my coupons went through. the register did not prompt, but I don't think I had anything off 2 where the shelf price was less. My Tic-Tac coupons auto adj to .51 (the clearance price)

Went today and back to coupons beeping and taking off wrong amount. Took over 20 mins to get it straightened out....Getting very frustrating to shop there.

Darn. Looks like I will spending a long time at target this weekend. I am going grocery shopping with my daughter, mom, and cousin with piles of coupons. I guess I will just send them through the register with one thing at a time while I round stuff up and match up the coupons. This sucks. I just discovered matching target printables with manufacturer coupons so to me it was exciting, like double coupons.

Our Target registers no longer stop each coupon. We have been told, however, that at least at our Target, multiples of coupons will not be allowed in a given day. I don't know if this is a misunderstanding of the new policies at some level, or if all Targets are going to this.

I stapled target coupons to manu coupons...to help keep them together...then would do smaller transactions and lay the coupons out in front of me and grab them and hand them over as the product went through.

I haven't noticed Target coupons as a problem...only manu ones. Especially ones where you need to purchase 2 products to redeem it and at least one of those products is relatively cheap.
