Coupon Fraud and Customer Cheating Lawsuit Filed

I was hoping to use some of the chunky soup printables this weekend. Yes, I can watch the registers and have them fix when they don't scan right, but I don't do well when people behind me in line start getting cranky that it is taking so long. I always warn people I have coupons, but sometimes people will still grumble and complain.

My target appears to have fixed the glitch. That's the good news. The bad news is it prompts for *every* coupon and they have to match it to the items. Time consuming.

I went last night and it prompted every one of my coupons too. Then my coupons did not scan in it correctly. Then 2 of the items i bought scanned wrong price. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Can someone explain to me how Target Catalina's work?
The last Catalina was $3 OYNO from Betty Crocker (BC)
It did not take off the full price of my total order. It only took off the price of 1 single item in my basket.
I've had managers tell me that I can only use the catalina to buy betty crocker products. even then it only take off $1.57 the price of 1 BC and not the full $3 off my total order
I've tried contacting upper management at target without any luck, there is no written information on how I'm able to use these coupons.

I t should work like they work at any other store - as long as you spend 3.00 (on anything), it should take 3.00 off. Just like cash.
If it doesn't, and they don't fix it right away at the register, I would remind the manager that Target has a huge problem right now, and it's all over the media that the registers deduct incorrectly. Ask if he wants to fix it, or should you call corporate?

I went to Target today twice. I had to help several different people with coupons, which is why I ended up having to go twice. Every single coupon we used scanned correctly, except I used my last $5 off 5 kraft that was expiring tomorrow. We ended up doing the turkey/roaster get a $15 gift card three times, bought a bunch of chunky soups, and all the printables scanned fine. My coupons for the $2 off beneful didn't even auto adjust down to $1.57, they scanned at $2 so the cashier had to fix those. I have not tried doing only a gift card deal in a transaction so I don't know how that is going. Once I am out of the $4 butterball coupons I will roll my $15 gift card into glade so I will find out then how much of a hassle a gift card transaction will be.
