Target Glade holiday candle deal

I cleaned up on the Glade holiday candle deal last year and saw someone refer to it in a recent post. Is this deal going on again this year? If you've done the deal please post!

Last year it was Buy 5 candles get a $5 Target GC.

There was an ad in my SmartSource this weekend:

• Buy 5 Glade holiday items and receive a $5 gift card.
• The scents shown are Bayberry Spice, Apple Cinnamon, Sugarplum Fantasies, and Baked Magic. Baked Magic is apparently exclusively at Target.
• Runs from 10/17 - 12/26.

I looked at prices yesterday and the regular price for most of them ranged from 2.49 - 2.99.

I am also hoping for a week with a good sale -- I got a ton last year!

Forewarned. This deal is a nightmare with coupons and the gift cards. I used 5 BOGO coupons- three candles and two spray. The first three coupons rang correctly, the last two rang at $.00 then $.39, etc. The issue is how Target programmed the gift card redemption. I am interested in picking up more candles--not worth it if Target does not correct this issue.

The spray is included in the deal. I purchased a mix of ten candles and spray. The register prompted the cashier to create two $5 gift cards.

All spray is $2.99. I purchased Apple Cinnamon.

The Apple Cinnamon candle is $3.99. I've noticed it is $3.99 elsewhere too

Supposedly there is a hidden $10 coupon within their system causing the problem. One needs to have the difference of the remaining coupons in merchandise to ensure the remaining coupons work. No issues if you are purchasing the candles with other items on your list.

If not, the store must push the mq coupons through as store q's.

This is obscene.

Ok so if I buy 10 candles and use 10 BOGO, the first three BOGO will ring through but I need the price of two candles in . . . candy or something with no q's on the candy, in order for the last two BOGO to go through?
