Chanel 9 News here in So Cal did a story on this Tuesday. They went shopping with someone and showed the same problem. This is going on coast to coast.
Please sign the petition today!
IMO the best thing to do until this is fixed is to stop using coupons at Target and stop giving them our money.
I haven't been in the store for months and don't plan to until they fix this problem.
