Can you still print coupons at your Target?

I haven't tried to do this in a while but I tried yesterday and though I could go through the whole process of selecting the coupons, when I got to print, the coupon printer wasn't installed. I don't know if this was done intentionally. The line at c/s was too long to wait to ask since there was nothing I was using that day anyway. But just curious if they've disabled the printing of the coupons on their registry computers?

I think they've disabled the printer b/c the coupons are powered by e-centives and only 2 prints per computer now.
