    I totally agree about the off 2 part, but I was referring to other comments that were just about overage in general.

    I completely agree with this! I am not trying to defraud or scam Target by wanting the overage on a coupon, but when my coupon states $1.50 off 5 participating ConAgra food items and I am buying 5 .68 cent Banquet meals which are included in the coupon, I expect my $1.50 off, not the .68 cents the "register" believes it should take off.
    Someone at Target programmed this and they KNOW better, and it shouldnt take months to fix this problem!
