My targets has 2pk of viva big roll paper towels for $1.48. There is a target Q for $1 of any Mulit pack and a MQ's from the 6/20 SS to make this free and overage.

Yes, the Target coupon is on their website (under household).

HOWEVER call your target before you go-both of mine said they have the two pack priced at $3.99

So definitely not free!
