I'm so sad I missed this coupon :(
The coupon beeps for everything now, so it is pretty much up to the mercy of the cashier. I just argue that socks = apparel. When they print up on the receipt they do fall under "Clothing." Or at least the men's did when I bought a few packs for DH. I have also successfully purchased a hoodie, shorts, shirt and sports bra since the coupon started beeping; the cashier just had to override the price to the item price and not the full $5 of the coupon (all were clearance at 4.98). I even let the cashier know before hand that they were less than the coupon, not sure if that helped my goodwill or not. ;-)
PS: I was also buying a lot of other items, so it isn't just like I had a 0 total and walked out. In one trip I bought the hoodie, shorts and shirt. The bra and socks were another trip with some groceries.
I haven't printed a Target coupon for quit some time now. I thought you were only able to print 2.

I love Target in August becasue all of the new young men cashiers. I bought 2 sets of the C9 socks in the first trip and had to tell the cashier boy how to K1 the coupon and the second trip I only bought 1 set and the kid already knew how to K1 the coupon. I am thinking about going this weekend but we have 3 colleges in this town and they all start in about 9 days so Target is going to be a mess this weekend!!
By the way, Target coupons print 2 per computer per day or more. They CONSTANTLY reset. I've printed 2 per day of the the ones I want from my 1 computer.
