I didn't get there right at opening, about 90 mins later is when I got there.

    NO Lion ride on toy.
    NO potty chair
NO Legos at 75% off...I think the racers either sold out at 50% off (glad I bought one then!) or were the first to go this morning.

There were a few other people in toys, but it wasn't bad. Even 90 mins late I got a ton of great stuff! Setting it up to take pics and figure out exact totals right now. Back in a bit!

i did great today all thanks to you guys for keeping me posted on the trends/timing. i got there at 15 minutes after opening and was the only one in the toy section for awhile. the employees were marking down stuff and i was following right behind them, lol. it was great!

x-mas, birthdays, easter, and even next year's summer toys are DONE! now, i've got to find a good place to hide all this loot from the kiddies :)

i paid $135 for a car full of stuff and didn't pay for a single thing over $7, and that was a GI JOE laptop.

I hit the mother load this morning. I got there at 930 with girls in tow. NO ONE was in the toy section except 3 super sweet employees marking down stuff. One of them came over with an Elmo toy and said "I just marked this down, it's the last one, and it plays a cute song. Do you want it?" I snatched it right up. I got My Little Ponies for 2.74, a princess barbie for 4.98, a princess plastic lap table for coloring and stuff for 4.98, a Circo microwave and coffee maker for like 3.74 each to go with the kitchen stuff, and a couple of Kai Lan little sets for 1.98 each. I got more but I can't remember. Overall I spent $70 and everything was 75% off. I am done with toys for Christmas for both girls and for DD1's birthday in December. What a relief.

Had a great experience at a Target today...they hadn't yet marked down toys and didn't think they'd get to it til tomorrow but a super kind associate offered to mark down the stuff in my and 2 other savvy shoppers' carts. I only spent about $40 or so on toys- but this was for three big bags of toys...including a silk screen kit to make t-shirts and add'l accessories and a Little People Fairy Treehouse set- I was so excited to find this as my little one loooooves Little People toys.

I got to the first store at opening and left around 8:45 and I was THE ONLY ONE in the toy department. I had the pick of the litter following behind the employee marking them down. Thank goodness no one was there because I had to let my 2.5 year old walk because I needed the cart space and he was running all over the place,
I went to another Target after I dropped my boys off at playschool. I got way too much to type out and already have things hidden away. Between this clearance even and the one in January my 11 month old and 2.5 year old are set for Christmas and both of their birthdays. I was also able to buy presents for a few little girls I know.
My store definitley brought out things that I had not seen earlier this week because I was able to pick up the Yo Gabba Gabba Plex Keeytar and the Yo Gabba Gabba laptop for 6.24 each...also lots of Super Why and Handy Manny stuff that I did not see marked down earlier this week.
