Mine does too. They are manufacturer qs with no store logo, so there should be no confusion.

now this was back at the glade fiasco,

and according to CS (corp) that blinkies dont say mq on them so they can't take them.

i have pretty much stopped shopping at target so i don't know if it's changed now or not

Interesting. I think this is a YMMV thing, which is dumb. Either you take them or you don't. I used a bunch of the $1/1 Hefty Onezip back at the end of March with no issues, so the word either hasn't gotten around to all stores or my cashier had no clue about blinkies.

I hate that Target is a whole bunch of YMMV. I also shop there a whole lot less, but it's also a half hour away, so the deals are not as enticing to me.
