I am not familiar with targets return policy as usually I have my receipt. I bought a wireless usb adapter for 33.99 and it would not work on my laptop. I have turned my house upside down and still nothing. Can I return the USB adapter without my receipt and use targets receipt lookup system with my Credit Card? Will they give me my money back for it since it is over $20.00 or am I just S-O-L?

Did you pay with credit card, debit card, or check? If so, they'll be able to pull up your receipt and be able to process the return as though you had the receipt.

If you paid with cash, you are S-O-L, unless you get a nice CSR. But, IME, that is highly unlikely.

According to some posts I've read on this board, some stores are more lax with the return policy than others. Unfortunately, mine is extremely to the book!

I did pay with a Credit card so thank you for posting.. I wasn't sure if they would process it like a normal w/receipt return or not.. Thanks again and now I am going to head to target to get this returned!

Yes, you sure can. For example, use the Target coupon for $1 off Heinz 57 and the Manufacturers coupon for $1 off and you get $2 off.

You sure can. I am pretty new to this coupon world but figured out the target coupon does work with a Mfg coupon as well. Good luck and save lots of money.

You can also combine the Target q's for meat with the marked down meat q's in the fresh meat dept. We do this to stock up on fresh meat and have never had a problem using both q's or with the quality of the meat.

Does anyone know if Customer service (THE 800#) is open on Sunday?
The store by me has (almost all?) new cashiers and the supposedly only mgr there tonight gave us grief with the coupons that were over the selling price. Of course, customer service was already closed..
I have an old cpn policy, I guess I could dig up and prove her wrong that they have adjusted coupons in the past ;)

Thank you! I would have wasted a lot of paper printing up multiple coupons if not for the generator.

Default Re: Target FAQ

I am so tired of Target. I tried to get the Colgate toothpaste offer with one Target IP for $1.00 off and the MFG q for $1.50 off. Now the policy says they do allow for use of both together. Of course, I had trouble with that too. Also they said the wordings, "not valid with any other offer," means I can't use both together. Target policy says you can use two unless one of the q's prohibit it, and they are saying that the wordings "not valid on any other offer" prohibits the use of two. I seem to get a lot more hassle from this store. What does "not valid with any offer" really refer too?
And calling corporate did no good. The phone system didn't even work. It kept looping the message for the menu, and never going through. It was really frustrating. I tried e-mailing too, but their e-mail was no help. I'm fed up with Target, and will only use a deal there if it's a great deal or freebie, and using 1 q.

QUESTION cashier can't modify coupon amount

to the op above me, I know how you feel!
tonight the cashier said she couldn't modify/lower the amount. The register wouldn't let her. I thought ok she is yet another new cashier (must be a revolving door) so she just wasn't taught how too. But she tells me the price of the items without going back through the detail, .89 AF chips and 1.60 Glade plug-in so i thought this was odd. Go to CS desk, the 2 girls tell me no. Then call the front end person after I pull out my handy-dandy letter (dh jinxed me earlier by asking if I have had to pull it out since getting it)
she at first had said no and after reading called the LOD. She came up, of course remembers our earlier encounter and tells the other person ( a trainer no less) that she has asked around and 1 person did say yes to lowering the cpn amount. So they pull up the receipt, I used a gc and debit card and they kept saying something about the GC, so I guess that was a problem. I don't recall them scanning any of the coupons to try, but they said the register wouldn't let them modify the coupons so they kept the coupons and gave me store coupons. Then they said my previous purchases must've been k1'd (to each other) but I know I have had mixed results either they have been modified or just k1'd. I just don't get it!!
Is there another magical button the cashiers have to key when price modifying the coupons?
