justkeepsmiling, I don't think her post is meant to criticize you. It's criticizing the return process when someone uses coupons. By submitting the coupon (even though the customer returned the item) and keeping the money owed the customer, one could argue that the store committed coupon fraud. Coupons are a form of payment but a lot of stores treat them as a discount.
