Team members often are not aware of the policy. I know that most do not know how to adjust a coupon. If they tell you the coupon can not be accepted, ask them to get the GSTL, if that person does not know how to do it, ask for the manager. I believe the key they need to use is "K4", they should be prompted to choose either a "manufactuer coupon" or " target coupon", then they should be able to enter the price.
