I just hand them the whole pile.. havent had a problem..
Can you tell me the best way to check out at Target when using coupons. Do I give the cashier my Target Coupons or MQ first or does it matter. I have a couple items I am getting today that have a Target and MQ both. Thank you :)

Me too, I just hand the cashier the whole pile then watch them scan them. Some of my Qs were bringing up the "item not found" prompt and the cashier hit a button and canceled the Q and went to the next one. Ummm no.That is a $2 Q. I had several man + Target Q combos that were MM and had no trouble. Keep an eye on them!!!!!

It depends if the item you are buying would generate overage after both coupons. When you give the Target coupon, it adjusts the price of the item. So, in a situation where there would be "overage" you would give the Target coupon last (and not all Target stores will give overage anymore).
An example would be the Chef Michael's dog food a few months ago. It was $4.26 and there was a $1.50 Target coupon and a $3 manufacturer's coupon.
If you give the Target coupon first, it would adjust the price in the register to $2.76. Then, when you go to give the $3 manufacturer's coupon, it would beep because the coupon is for more than the amount of the item.
So, in that situation, I gave the manufacturer's coupon first and the Target coupon last and got no beep (and overage at some stores!)
HTH!
