Target ~ Clearance: Target: GDA75% off Coty Fragrances and can I get a ruling on a coupons?

I just got back from Target and found a bunch of different Coty Fragrances on clearance for 75%off.

The ruling I need is on the $2.00 of any Coty Fragrance or Gift set Reg Retail Price $10.00 or more. Is this an acceptable coupon to use on these even though the clearance price is below $10 (most are between $3.xx and $9.xx). I'd like to say 'yes' since the Reg Retail Price is above $10 (around $11.xx and up), but didn't know if they had to be at Regular Price or not? TIA for any help! I'd really like to get some of these for gifts, but would love an extra discount!!

I'm sorry to say that the $10 is a minimum purchase price per item. You won't be able to use this coupon on any set/item that is less than $10. I know it stinks. I saw many sets at WAG last year at a price point of $9.99 and wasn't able to use this coupon since it stated $10 or more. :sad:

Thank you for your help! I had a feeling, but was hoping it was the other way! Either way 75% these is still a good deal so I'll be happy with that!
