Target catalina-style coupon - $5/75

Upon checking out at Target on 11/8, I received a catalina-style Target coupon for $5 off a purchase of $75 or more. The coupon has a photo of jackets and says "to help get your wardrobe ready for the holidays." It does not say anything else. Has anyone else received this coupon? Based on the copy, it is unclear to me whether the coupon can only be used for clothing or if it can actually be used towards the purchase of $75 on any merchandise in the store.

When I bought 6 of the $14.99 Wii games on 11/6 I recieved a $5 off any $75 purchase and a $5 off any toy purchase. It sounds like yours might be just for clothes but it doesn't specify. I'd say ask the service desk but I think they know less about things than we do. :shrug7:

I received one $5/$75 catalina style coupon too. Mine has a picture of a bow with bells and says merry christmas . It is pretty generic without any limitations or exclusions.

Thanks for the input. I may try to use it on a general purchase since it does not state what the purchase should include. Couple this $5 off along with the Target toy coupons and manufacturer coupons and I am going to knock out a huge chunk of my Christmas shopping in one stop.
