Reuseable Bag Credit

I was told by my cashier today that about a week ago Target started offering a bag credit of .05 when you bring them in. Not sure if this is just at SuperTarget or at all of them....but a few more cents off my purchase of almost free is great for me!

Yep, make sure they scan the little bar code at the register that gives the credit.

got my credit today, only used 6 bags in 2 transactions but every little bit helps.

My Regular Target does this. LOVE IT. Even better than some of the other store chains in my area. Of my regular store chains there is one other that gives 5 cents, One gives you 3 cents and the another doesn't give anything.

I asked the cashier about it and she said I had to bring in a recycle-style bag, not a plastic bag.

Got this message on the bottom of my receipts recently. Keep forgetting to bring in a bag though.

Recycled would mean one of the cloth like ones they sell for 1.00 or more. Not a plastic bag re-used, but most people have at least a couple they got free.
