If I am reading the ad correctly online (I haven't gotten my paper yet this morning), Keebler cookies (including Chips Deluxe) are $2/each and then they are buy 2, get 1 free.

There is a $1/2 Keebler Chips Deluxe Target printable on Target.com
There is a $1.50/2 Keebler printable on coupons.com and there are also $2/2 peelies out there

Total for three packages after coupons should be $1-$1.50 (depending on which coupons you have)

I looked at the Target coupon generator and it says the Keebler cookie coupons expire 10/24/09. Is that right?
