Can you use "Blinkies" at your Target?

I have used over 100 of these in the last week on the Glade deal. 5 at a time. Mine beep for a price and they enter it and viola! Easy.

My beeped, they entered the price, it said item not here and they overrode it. Which was really nice of them!

The thing about these Qs is that the ones that came in inserts that expired in the begining of Oct. did the same exact thing. It is not just the blinkies. Glade did not code these correctly

I used glade blinkies for free refills. She didn't seem to care what she was scanning. I never saw this cashier before either.:hectic1:

I called my Target to ask if they accepted blinkies and after extensively explaining what a blinkie was to the customer service girl, she responded with "uhh we take all coupons". :Oh my.

I answered yes only because I haev used them before but I agree that it depends on your cashier. I live in Miami and I always get my cashier questioning my q's not cause she doesn't know what she's doing but because she (I mean no disrespect with this) but can't read them cause most of the people here barely speak english (again no disrespect i'm latin myself).

It never fails that if I go to someone young i have no issues but if I go to someone older than say 21 I run into a problem.

All I can say is pick and choose your cashier wisely..

I always go to the youngest guy I see if absolutely no guy cashier I go to the youngest female.

I was denied using blinkies at a Target last night. I was told that they are "Carolina" something and that blinkies can only be used at the store you got them from. Has anyone researched and found information supporting them being used at other stores? I know they don't say "manufacturer coupon" on them but they do give the information on the back of where to redeem.
I'd appreciate any information that would help me be more knowledgable if I get turned down again.

I have never had a cashier not let me use a valid coupon. If they can't get it to work, I just stand there and look confused until they either figure it out or call someone to help. It's certainly not my problem if the coupon beeps, is coded incorrectly, etc. The wording on the coupon is clear and it doesn't exclude usage at certain stores, so there is no reason why it shouldn't be accepted.

They just opened a new Target in my area. And I saw blinkies in the store, so this whole discussion has me confused. Are they offering them and then not honoring them?

I guess most Targets don't have blinkie machines... The discussion is about people getting blinkies at other stores and then using them at Target (for the correct products, of course).
