TARGET ~ Glade Holiday Scents Moneymaker until 12/26/09

The Glade holiday scent candle tins, new glass holders and refills are on sale for $2.50 and you get a $5 GC WYB 5. This is a huge moneymaker when you combine the $1.50 tin coupons with the free refill WYB a holder blinkie.


Here is what I did:
(5) Glade tins/glass holders $2.50ea = $12.50
(5) Glade refills $2.50 each = $12.50
-(5) Glade tins/glass holder $1.50 Q = -$6
-(5) Glade refill free WYB holder $2.50 Q = -$12.50
Total $5 OOP (plus tax) and get $10 in Target Gift Cards back
Rinse & repeat using the gift cards

I bought 25 glass holders, 25 refills and 11 Airwick I-motions for $7.89 (also got treat for kids....) and have $23.xx in Target GC's left.

If you fulfill the requirement for the gift card more than once in the transaction, do you get more than one gift card at the same time? Example, if I buy 10 Glade candle tins at once, will I be given two $5 gift cards for that transaction?

From past experience, this usually does work at Target. I did not test it specifically the way you posted it for this deal. But I did do the 5 tins/holders combined with 5 refills and each of those prompted the cashier for a $5 gift card. In other words, after she scanned 5 of the holders, it prompted her for a $5 gift card and then when she scanned 5 of the refills it prompted for another $5 gift card. I never tried 10 tins and 10 refills in one order, but my guess would be it would work.....I didn't see any deal limits posted. Maybe will try that tomorrow

I often do the deal twice in one order, and it does prompt for the gift card twice :) HTH

Dont forget about the SC Johnson rebate.. 5 bucks back when you guy 3 glade products.. limit 3 per household!

I am going to start combining the Glade deal with the Venus/Fusion deal to use up my GC overage and get more free product. Here is my plan:
(5) Glade tins/holders $12.50
(5) Glade refills $12.50
(2) Fusion razors $15.88
-$7.50 holder coupons
-$12.50 refills coupons
-$8 razor coupons
Total: $12.88 and get back $15 in Target gift cards!!!!!
And yes...... add in the rebate and it is a great MM!!
