At my target, I can use both Manufacturers and Target qs. I would check with your stores policy, Targets coupon policy is tricky, and depends on manager (and I think their mood for the day)

Ok, cool. My Target is pretty chill about stacking coupons, I just wasn't sure if the register would count the free one as one that you "bought," making the other one free too.

Yes you can use the printable with the manufacturers coupon. I just did it the other day and no problems. My Target is really cool about the coupons :)
