Would you call CS? So, our Target CS is dumber then door nails. Seriously 9/10 didn't know there were such a thing as Target coupons.
But, this isn't a coupon issue per sey.
I bought 2 boxes of Pampers Crusiers size 4 diapers for $28.99 each. They were on the end cap that said buy 2 get $5 gc. It had a free booklet inside for $30 in P&G products. Well it didn't spit out a $5 gc. And it was the right count, price, and it was pictured in the ad.
After 15 mintues later they finally said it was the wrong DCIP. It was on the end cap with the promo. But, they scanned the other 2 boxes and it worked fine. Now if they were good CS they would have let me have the other 2 boxes since I waited for SO long. But, alas no. They said they could let me buy them but, wouldn't give me a gc for them. I don't like confrontation so I just left. After holding up all those people and after having 3 people involved, I feel "sheepish".
What would you do?
*Side note I know this isn't that good of deal. But, I have a gc and we have NO diapers for the "twins".*

They should have honored it, but since they didn't, I would either try the Store manager, or if that doesn't work out, or you don't want to deal with the SM, I would call or write corporate.
Corporate will jump fast to try to keep you as a customer, and happy one at that. :)
