Target Trip/coupons

I went into my Target to day to pick up some GM cereal and a few other things.Here is what I got 14 Gm Cereals,4 old spice Srubbers,20 all laundry soap (TS). I walked up to the cashier and handed her my Q. As I was checking out there was 2 CSM's Standing there taking about a lady who just came though the line in front of me and her bill was over 100.00. Why they were talking about her is because the cashier said she had to give her money back and she did not even call a CSM over to see if that is what she should be doing. In all of this one of my Q beeped and they all came running over(I just know that was going to happen) When they got over there I just told them it beeped cause the Q is for 1.00 off and they are on sale for .95. So the Cms put them in for .95 not a 1.00. We got talking about Q and about the lady that came in before me. She used 2 chef micheal Q on one bag and the cashier just but it though. She said this is happening a lot. This is why we people are having a hard time at Target. It is not us it is the cashiers who just don't care.So I asked her what the coupon Policy is and she said " I don't know" Then she said can you really use the all laundry Q on TS. I said yes as long as it does not say NO TS. She toke a copy of my Coupon Policy that I had and she said Thank You. So there is some Targets out there who Don't even know the Coupon Policy. .She was very nice. She told me thank you and have a nice day

It's sad to me that there are some cashiers and managers who don't know the policy! (There are probably way more than we realize who don't know it!). :hectic1: Very nice of you to share their coupon policy with them! You probably saved a whole lot of couponers who come after you a lot of trouble (with that cashier and manager, at least!) Good for you for taking the time to explain things.
