Cesar Bistro target coupon

ok...I need somebody to hold my hand I think..

in my paper (had to be the Chicago Trib. our local papers wouldn't have done it!) there were--

maufacturer coupon-bOGO Cesar bistro canine cusine single entree (it's a large green coupon for those looking for it-single sheet)

AND

TARGET coupon for Bogo cesar bistro canine cusine single entree

now...my question (well several..)

can I use both? and if so how? I know Target says you can use both, but will the cashier's head explode if I try?

I flunked my math classes....and here I am trying to coupon!

I did the same thing with the bogo mfr chef michaels cans and bogo target IP. Got both for free but the cashier kept telling me "I don't think I can do this." Then when the register accepted it, she got mad that she was wrong. I'm not sure if the order of the coupons matter but I gave my mfr first.
