Re: Free Soft Soap Ensembles I found a peelie on them today at Kroger to get a base free when you buy the pump. So, at Target I used the $2 Target IP, a $1 MQ for the pump and a Q for a free base. AND I finally found the rebate form at Kroger too. The free pump Q scanned at $3 and they didn't adjust it to the price of the base, so after rebate a $4.11 MM!
