Target ~ Clearance: Target: Baby Clearance?

Thanks for the heads up on the carseats, everyone! I got a Britax Marathon today for $140. I kinda wanted to wait to see if it would go lower, but it was the last one so I didn't want to press my luck, kwim? We really, really needed it so I figured $140 is not too bad considering it is supposed to be a very safe seat! If they would happen to go lower during the next week, they won't by any chance price adjust it for me, would they? I'm guessing not, but hey, you never know! LOL

do you know what kind of travel system was on clearance? there was nothing marked at my store and i've tried to ask but they had no clue.

I really really want to be able to find a clearanced Britax Marathon but I could only find one of the non-clearanced ones (must be the current model). Sigh... I wasn't expecting to find one but I can only hope.

I did see some of the items that other people reported (I got 3 items):
1) Baby Scale for $14.98 (I really wanted this scale when DD was less than a month old since she was small and had weight issues... tempted to buy at $50 but now she's only got 4 more lbs on it. I decided to still get it).
2) 6 Pack of 6-12 month socks (white) $1.49
3) Graco Nautilus 3-1 car seat/booster $97.98 (50% off here) - I'm still hoping that I can find another one further marked down or a convertible that we like better than the Evenflo).

They also had some cute baby shoes but they were only 50% off at 13.98... crazy expensive leather shoes or something. They also had some leggings for babies that are on the move at 75% - $2.48. And the Evenflo carseat was also 50% off at $83.

I found a pair of cute girls shoes for $3. Normally $14. I bought them for a friend who is having a girl in November. Not much else today. I am going to try another Target tomorrow. Any one know any good deals at Targets near Cypress Texas?

Has anyone seen the Fisher Price Lamb swing on clearance at their stores? It's the one that is originally 149.99 and is more of a papesan style seat. The coloring is an off white and the mobile has light colored animals on it.

I have not seen it - BUT just a heads up - we bought one from Babies r us at full price and the thing is AWFUL for newborns or small babies - it has about 6 speed settings but even on the lowest it goes so fast you have to tie a towel around the back to slow it down (thats what the directions actually say to do - how ridiculous!) We broughty it right back to babies r us . NOT worth the money!
