Target: Free Rayovac Alkaline Batteries

In the front dollar section was a bunch of Rayovac batteries (both blue Alkaline packages and red zinc chloride packages). In this past Sunday's Smart Source insert (6/21) was a $1 off Rayovac Alkaline batteries so you can get the blue packages for free (just pay tax).
