I usually have to wait for a stacked q or a double q sale I think... BUT one time I found a big nail file (sandpaper/emery kind) on clearance for 1.00 at Wags.

If you have a Kmart, there are some tweezers that are free with that coupon. I think also some of emeryboards too. HTH

I just found some small nail clippers at my WalMart for $1.46.... no beeps on the q so $0.46 for clippers. Not free, but cheaper than anywhere else I checked so far. I am going to Super Target tomorrow so I will check there too and report back.

They took all the .99 clippers and tweezers from my Target, the cheapest one now is $2.29. They stopped carrying them last year when they had the $1/1 Target coupon, so I got lots for .29 then.
