I'm not interpreting that the same way.

The rebate says, "Limit 1 offer per household.*"

The small print is ... *1 per person in RI.

I'm reading that to mean that in RI you can do one for each person as opposed to household. I think it's one per household everywhere else.

Menards has Rayovac AA 4 packs on sale this week for $1 after $1 MIR from Menards. The limit is 4 packs. If you have any of the $1/1 coupons from the 3/22 SS insert they would be FAR and you can submit for the $5 rebate.

I hate to repeat all this especially in the wrong thread but this is what I'm getting from this...
    buy Bedtime Stories for $16.99 - $5 IP = $11.99
    buy Tiger and Pooh for $17.99 - $6 peelie (if I can find it :( ) = $11.99
    Total for 2 movies $23.98
    get a $10 GC
    THEN there's 2 MIR for Bedtime Stories ($ 5 each) ($10)

So OOP $3.98 for the 2 movies (factoring in the GC)

Is that right? Did I miss anything?

    OR
I can take a gamble and hold the IP and the MIR's and hope Bedtime Stories goes on sale somewhere (IP expires 4/13) and make this a MM.

Since my DD is between Pooh and real people movies I think I'll gamble.

That is what I did. Bought both movies. Total 23.98 + tax just as you said. Got the gift card and will be doing the rebates. (ortega & rayovac)

I didnt wait to get them cheaper at another store cause the way I figure it is they (the other store) will not have the gift card promo so you would need both movies to be MORE then 5.00 cheaper then targets 16.99 & 17.99 (factoring in the 10.00 gift card) to be a better deal. so 11.99 and 12.99 ? I didnt want to take the chance. Now if target wasnt offering the gift card I would wait and see what happens.

    just my opinion

(but I actually bought the blu ray version so I paid $5.00 more. my total was 28.98)

Just a word of warning to those of you who live near the state line (as we do)....On the way to the in-laws we stopped at Target and bought Bolt with the rebate specifically in mind. Tonight I read the fine print and it says receipts must orginate from same state as rebate is requested or something to that effect.
So....since I live in MI but bought in IN I am outta luck. Even if I have it sent to my in-laws I would still need to buy the pasta or batteries in IN because those say the same thing!!! I'll end up wasting $4 worth of gas!

My copy of the rebate says "one per household" and in RI it is "one per person"--so actually a better deal in RI, since you can submit one rebate for each person in your household. :shrug7:

Character: how well you treat those that can do nothing for you and how you act when no one is around to see.
