My store has them for $14.99, not $4.99.

I went to get it the other day, it was 12.99 but there was no refill next to it so I passed. Hopefully they will start to carry the refill soon!

Same here @ 2 stores, $12.99 but NO refills...I passed too but don't want to lose out before the q's expire on the 30th
