Will Target do Special Orders?

Does anyone know if Target does special orders? My closest Target is 65 miles away (one way :sad:!) but we do go out that way every so often. I was interested in picking up some of the 1.50/1 Edge or Skintimate Qs that are out, but it'd only be worth my while if I knew I could use them all in one trip.

So, I guess my a questions are:
1. Does Target allow SO's?
2. Would they freak out if I wanted to use a ton of those Qs all at once? And would they allow them on trial size? I'd probably want to order at least 25 cans, if not more. It kind of depends on what increment I could get the Qs in.

I haven't been able to regularly shop at Target it over three years, so I'm a bit out of the loop on how they handle coupons, overage, etc.

My target will not order, they tell me that when something is scanned at the register, it is ordered......so they tell me they have no way to order anything extra. This is one of the reasons I rarely shop target.....shelves are empty and they won't order anything.
