I think in most targets it is in the isle with the mops and sponges, etc. Its near the top in a white package, that is like 4w x 9in tall. Hth

Just because no one responded doesn't mean that they aren't sold in your area. I can't find anyone near me on this board, but this doesn't mean that there aren't people on this board that are from my area. HTH
