Was still 9.99 for Huggies and Pampers swimpants as of last Thursday.

I once saw a random Huggie Swimmer pack at Kroger for 3.99 last week.
When I went back with my coupon it was gone.

Our Target in Phoenix still has them full price - I scanned a few to make sure. I found these on clearance last year but did not get enough! This year I hope to buy more. Last year I did not find them on clearance until October - it stays hot here into fall.
