I was at Target today in North Texas, and they had the Splashers and Little Swimmers on an endcap with a big sign for 2.99. I took them to a self-scanner, and they scanned 9.99 - but I picked up four packs anyway, and just told them at checkout, and insisted they go check the sign, and sure enough, they gave it to me! I unfortunately only had one Splashers coupon, but I had two Little Swimmers coupons!
