BJs Has the best $ here on:
Canned Tuna
Iams Dog Food
Pantene Conditioner
Head & Shoulders Shampoo
Vitamin Water
Kraft Sliced Cheese
I regularly stack mfr. qs w/ BJs qs on the dog food, cheese, pantane & H&S.
Also, if no great sales on Pepsi, their everyday $ is the lowest.
And it keeps me in there to hunt clearance clothes, which can be really cheap. Sometimes, but not always though.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but in alphabetical order, as it should be.
bulk yeast
I make french bread, crescent rolls, cinnamon rolls and pizza dough from scratch.

At Sam's we do:
100+ oz Huntz tomato sauce - for OAMC Spaghetti sauce ($3)
the HUUUUGGGEEEEE tub o cheese, it tastes just like the stuff on arby's beef and cheddar and can be thinned with milk to any consistency you like and used for things like nacho's, cheese on tacos, mac n cheese, and whatever else you might like to use it for. It is inexpensive and lasts rather long in the fridge. $4 ish
Beef broth (the solid stuff that you add to your own water) $4 ish
5# cut carrots (usually under $5 at sam's)
Other random things. I do a lot of "bulk cooking" and cooking in advance so this helps us out and I have to open fewer cans!
I buy flour, sugar, rice, and yeast off the top of my head. And we can ususally find a good clearance deal on clothes for someone in our little family.

Flour, spices, yeast, rice, contact solution, and their milk prices are lower unless another store has a special sale and that doesn't happen on milk very often.
We have a Costco membership.
We buy organic milk when I don't have a coupon and eggs when I can't get them on sale.
We also buy Einsteins bagels from there. They usually run about $9 a dozen at the store, but at Costco we can get them for $5 a dozen. High, but they have whole wheat ones that DH loves!
