any advice would be much appreciated.

thanks!
I avoid dairy, anything with corn in it, soy and peanuts. There are organic coupon booklets that came out a month ago at my grocery store. I know a few people on here have them for trade. There are some good coupons in there!

Also, There are cascadian farm $1 printables. Walmart and Target have these cereals and granola for around 2something before the coupon.

Before I stopped dairy, Horizon milk would often go on markdown at Kroger on mon/tues and with a .55off coupon, it was cheaper than
reg milk. Look for those red stickers but check the exp dates

Last...email the companies of products that you like. At the moment, Rice Milk is all I can drink. I emailed them and with in 2-3 weeks they sent me coupons in the mail.

For produce, which we buy a lot of, look for overage coupons, winetags and/or really good sales. You may need to go to 3 grocery stores for different produce but it's worth it if they aren't too far apart

I don't think I saw this mentioned yet, but there have been really good IPs for Silk Soy milk and Kashi products... Free or nearly free! There is also an IP for LiveActive cereal that makes it free/cheap as well (although I'm not sure how healthy that is)

I also try to eat reasonably healthy and as a result NEVER get the $200 worth for $50. Also, my Target & Walmart are NOT supercenters so do NOT have much in food and almost NOTHING perishable.

HOWEVER: There are generally coupons out there for bagged salads, salad dressing, frozen veggies, some can veggies, pasta, rice, cereal (not all are for suga ones), snack/cereal bars.......Combine these q's with a sale or BOGO and you are in heaven.

I shop local produce/ethnic markets for fruits & vegges. Prices are SOOO much better than any grocery.

My main savings is pet supplies(cat), paper goods, personal care, cleaning supplies.

I've also been wondering where you can get the organic coupon booklets? What stores have these?
