Stores that double coupons?

I live in Freeport Illinois and havent found any stores that will double your coupons. Does anyone know of any that do that in Illinois. I just cant find any near where Im at.

I don't live in IL, but I've heard that there are no stores that double. Chicago is called LOND - land of no doubles. But you can still save money without doubling coupons! Check out the forums for the stores you do have in your area - there are deals to be found everywhere!

Have you looked up each grocery store online that serves your area? Check out their coupon policies at their web sites. Also, make sure you're signed up with each online as well as getting any customer loyalty cards they offer.

There are deals to be had, and doubling coupons is not the only way to save money.

Shop the sale items matched with coupons you have plus any special store coupons you can use etc and you'll see significant savings on a regular basis.

The key is to buy items when they are on sale at a good price, matched with coupons - doubling isn't necessary to knock a solid 45-55% off your grocery bill.

I live minutes from a Kroger (about an hour from Chicago) that doubles and I have gotten some great deals there... but I have found my best deals at Walgreens and CVS... Matching a great sale with a coupon has always gotten me the best price (and by always I mean for the 2-3 weeks I have been doing this lol)

I agree with the above posters. I do have stores that double up to .50, but their prices are so high it is rarely worth it. I stock up when my stores have a good sale with coupons and save about 40-50% off our food bills. Good luck!
