Double & Triple coupons

Now that Kroger will not double or triple coupons, where is everyone going to stockpile..Im new to this & that was the only store in our area that offered that kind of a deal.

Randalls, HEB and Walmart..

Randalls is the only one that doubles/triples in the area but they are SO expensive if it isn't a sale item that it hasn't been worth it to me to shop there. I have found the best deals at WalMart. I absolutely hated shopping there until I saw how much I can save there.
