Corporate on speed dial?

This may sound like a crazy question... or maybe not. But does anyone here have the corporate phone numbers for their favorite stores programmed into their cell phones? I was browsing the forums and read somewhere that someone recommended calling corporate if there was a problem with a specific type situation. It got my wheels turning about having the number handy on the cell so you could do this fairly immediately.

Do I sound nuttier than a fruitcake? I swear I haven't done it... yet!

It's not a bad idea... I haven't done it myself, but I am sure others probably have!

I don't think I'd do this though, but only for one reason: I am so mad in the heat of things when they first happen that if I did call right away from my cell I would be yelling and very "not nice" so I'd rather wait and call once I got home and was a little calmed down about the situation I was calling about.

This does sound a bit like me. More likely I'd call or text my husband and have him do it. He's always much more level-headed about things like this. I can be a hot-head.

But it would be handy to have those numbers when one needed them, wouldn't it?

there are lots of people that have the corporate numbers on their phones. target, walmart are the two that come to mind.
