How do people get free toilet paper? i just dont get it. can someone explain this one to me. i never see toilet paper cheap enough to use a coupon to get it free....

I rarely get free TP. When I do, it might be a brand like Marcal that puts out $1/1 coupons and their 4 pks go on sale for $1 sometimes.
Kroger used to have a 4 pk of Cottonelle that was regularly priced at .99 or something like that. There would be .50/1 coupons to make it free. Then Kroger got wind of it and stopped carrying that size.
Now i consider under .15/roll to be a great price. Other than Marcal, I don't expect to get it free.

If you have a Wal-Mart, they have Scott's Natural TP 4pk for $2.68. With the $1.50 coupon found here , you can get it for $1.18. Pretty good!

My family actually really likes Scotts Tp. We've found it lasts the longest, but to each their own.

I wish I could find the scott's natural TP but our Walmart does not carry it.

I typically try to stock up on the Walmart White cloud TP whenever I can. There is a $1.00/1 coupon in the All You magazine...so that is often how I get it.

If you have catalina deals...IMO that is how typically you get the nearly free or free TP (outside of marcal which I can't get in my area). There is a cottonelle catalina out currently.

Also on the EC show. Often people are using catalina's, RR's ECB's ect to get there free TP....so technically not exactly free. But it sure sounds better on the show to say Free
