It's really hard to find truly "free" toilet paper... the only way I would really consider it to be free would be if you are using your overage from other coupon items to pay for the toilet paper... then it really was "free"

I'm so glad I'm not the only one that cannot find great deals on tp. Makes me feel better to know that I'm not doing somthing wrong lol. That is one of the things I can never stockpile.

Whenever there is a White Cloud $1/1 insert, I head on over to eBay if I can't get them on the trading board here and stock up.

Once during Super Doubles at Harris Teeter, I got a pretty good TP deal because of a sale running concurrently--there TP is usually sky high.

Also, if there is nothing else to get with my Walgreens RRs (I rarely do WAGS RR) I use a filler item and combine the RR with a TP coupon to try and get a decent deal.

The only times I've scored free toilet paper are with the Marcal coupons & this last round of super doubles at Bloom ... I used the majority of my overage on Angel Soft 4-packs that were on sale for 1.00 each.
