where to find stores that stack, triple, etc

Here in the Portland Oregon area, I don't know of ANY stores that double unlimited coupons, triple coupons, allow stacking, allow something called "overage" and all these other tricks to allow someone to get 400.00 worth of stuff for 20.00. I set myself a goal of saving 50% on each shopping trip. I don't know how others manage to get such extreme savings. Any help would be appreciated. I have access to about 20 copies of circs each week and I use a binder and copius lists to keep track.

Walgreens allows stacking of store coupons and manufacturers and Walmart allows coupon overage. Those are two national stores I can think of.

go to the store forums (link from main page of hcw). find your local stores and see what people are saying there. each store is different for each area.
